Digital Literacy Project

The world is becoming increasingly digital, yet thousands of children in public schools risk being left behind simply because they lack access to technology. At Love Your Neighbor Rescue Mission, we believe that every child deserves the tools to compete in the future economy. 

That’s why we created a carefully curated, hands-on after-school computer curriculum that introduces students in public schools across Benin City to essential digital skills before they even graduate junior school. From basic computer literacy to problem-solving and creative applications, our program equips them to dream bigger and aim higher. 

Our vision goes even further. As our students progress to higher education, we plan to equip them with personal laptops, giving them the confidence and independence to thrive in university and beyond. By bridging the digital divide at multiple stages, we are not just teaching children how to use technology; we are preparing them to seize opportunities, break generational cycles of poverty, and participate fully in a modern world.
