The Hope for Success Empowerment Program is designed to give young people what is often missing in Nigeria: a real opportunity to succeed. Targeting vulnerable youth ages 15–24 living below the poverty guideline, this program combines education, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and hands-on training to equip participants with the tools they need to build a brighter future.
Participants are carefully selected through an application and mentorship process, then guided through a personalized career and lesson plan.

Budgeting, savings, credit management, and entrepreneurship fundamentals.

Microsoft Office to hardware repair, AI basics, and cybersecurity awareness.

Opportunities to learn trades such as tailoring, groceries, restaurants, poultry, and ICT from local business owners.

Pairing participants with experienced entrepreneurs to build sustainable income streams.

Train and empower 100 young adults each cycle, providing them with the confidence, skills, and resources to thrive as employees or entrepreneurs. Upon graduation, participants can access our zero-interest loans or business support grants to start small-scale businesses of their own.
With your support, we can expand Hope for Success to reach hundreds of young people in Benin City, transforming poverty into possibility and creating a new generation of leaders.
